[12], 324 pp. 3 full-page photo plates. Very good copy with an ink spot on the top of the front cover and a smudge near the bottom of the spine on the front cover. Back spine edges are lightly soiled. Some small bumps to page edges, and pages are lightly age-toned. Previous owners name in ink on the front free endpaper. Dr. Peers was a world renowned pioneer in the tuberculosis treatment and education. He was medical director of the Colfax School for the Tuberculosis a private Sanitoium and also the Weimar Joint Sanatorium a publicly funded institution.
