London. 1897. viii, 320 pp. 44 full-page lithograph illustrations. Very good, spine faded, 1.5 cm split to rear hinge, contents tight and unmarked with all illustrations present. Quite scarce in English. there was no American edition until the facsimile edition of 2008.
