An allegorical scene in which the Swiss Republic in represented by a woman surrounded by figures representing the virtues of prudence concord, liberty, and wisdom. In the background is a scene of William Tell forced to shoot the legendary apple from his son’s head. On both sides are pillars with the names of the thirteen Cantons. Rare. weight: 0.2 lb.
